A dated, slow-loading business site rebuilt into a fast, modern WordPress experience that better reflects the brand.

The Challenge

The client came in with an outdated site built years earlier on a heavy page builder. Pages were slow to load, the design felt inconsistent across devices, and the layout didn't clearly communicate what the business actually offered — visitors had to scroll and hunt for basic information.

The Approach

• Rebuilt the site on a lightweight WordPress + Elementor setup instead of the legacy builder, cutting out bloated code the old theme had accumulated.
• Redesigned the homepage around a clear hierarchy: what the business does, who it serves, and a direct path to get in touch.
• Compressed and converted images to modern formats, and lazy-loaded everything below the fold.
• Rebuilt every template to be mobile-first, since a large share of the client's traffic was arriving on phones.

The Result

The rebuilt site loads noticeably faster and reads cleanly on any screen size. The clearer layout and calls-to-action made it easier for visitors to understand the offer and reach out, and the client has been able to update content themselves through WordPress without needing a developer for routine changes.
